Chakra Healing Meditation: Color Blue My Turn amd Self-Worth

- let your arms and shoulders feel like melting wax, softening and warm…
- let your legs and thighs feel heavy where you sit…
We are beginning the Breathing Ritual that will take you on your Journey to Kreil's Realm of Measure where you will realize what you are worth to your self; real self-worth, by seeing that you, too, can take a turn to be happy. It is through family and clan Ancestors that we realize and admit our inescapable genetic traits and pre-dispositions. Use them well.
- See nothing but swirls of the silvery gray mists before your mind's eye
- softly and quietly, relax
- move all over for a last release of tension
- Breathe a deep Breath of the Moment with me and deeper we go
With the next breath the mists begin to swirl and dance away and you find yourself
in Kriel's Realm of ice and snow where the clan lodges are big and warm, all are welcome and the feasts are endless. Begin trudging up the last ice bridge as the village comes into view.
Feel the sharp cold and see the mists of your breath in the frosty air.
Ahead are the log long houses with dragon heads on the crossed barge boards…their colors all the brighter against the stark whiteness of the snow. In the harshness of this reality, joy soars that you are so welcomed here and not left out in the cold to fend for yourself. You realize that shared meagerness becomes abundance.
Gleaming, clear crystals are lying all about and it is hard to tell which are ice crystals and which are stone! Prismatic reflections sparkle and it is truly thrilling to have arrived right on time.
As you enter the clan house, you feel a deep sameness connecting you with all those who are gathered there, and yet all of you know that each is unique. There is an understanding of the joy of unique self worth and belonging to a clan-group at the same time.
Here you know truly that you don't have to give up self in order to fit in, but are appreciated for what you can offer.
Take time to remember this... take a moment to drink in this joy.
The eldest clan Mother takes your arm as she walks you to the center of the room. " It is your turn-" she smiles and winks at you. "It's my turn to be________!" ....you declare.
What a joy to be able to declare for whatever you think it is now time! Anything! ...and to know that it is time for it to be addressed.
You are applauded... and then it is someone else's turn... this goes on and on.
One of your Clan Cousins offers to walk with you out to the Crystal River of Time to be certain that the timing is right for you to get what you have declared.
That you're not too early and will end up waiting in disappointment because the Cosmos and conditions have not yet caught up to you... and not too late and will have missed the opportunity to find your happiness.
See the two of you trudging out through the drifts of snows and arriving at the River's edge.
The icy waters bubble and sing as they splash along down the side of the slope under a veil of ice. You hear, "Life is in the ice crystal...such a small thing to find."
Take out your old time piece- a watch- and smash it completely in order to break any bond it might have to you and let it go down the river. Now, reach in through the ice crystals and rock crystals and find your new timepiece; it will be different each time you visit the Blue Realm. Time is kept by Crystals. Remember this find when you are back in your waking life for it will help you to be your truly worthy self.
To know that I am worth this...
- I am worth the air I breathe
- I am worth the Space I take up
- I am worth the Food I eat
- I am worth a happy life
I am worth being noticed, heard and believed. I am worthy! What a Joy!
Think of the family traits in your own family, good and bad; happy decision patterns and sad ones. Know that this is the genetic pattern with which you have to work. Look for the repeating patterns.
Thank your clan cousin for helping you to better know your family and yourself.
When done, completely close down the scene with the swirls of silvery gray mists and end your session. Take your time coming back, write in your Journal and watch for timing. Commune with your crystals.
