We ship by US Postal Service-1st Class, Priority Mail and Flat Rate Priority for the USA.
Usually orders ship within 48hrs during business days Mon-Fri.

All Abandoned Orders will be cancelled after three weeks of trying to reach you and the money refunded less a $5.00 restocking fee.

Please, when placing any orders, be sure to watch your emails in case there are questions or issues with your order. Be sure you give correct and current contact information so that you can be reached.

You will be emailed the shipping fee when your order is processed. Read more below...

Because I have no way of determining the items you will order or the size of the box necessary, I cannot give a flat shipping estimate until your order is packed.

When your order is processed, I will pack and weigh your items and send you an email with your shipping options for 1st Class and Priority detailing the price and time it will take to get to you.

You then choose, email me your choice and I send you a Pay Pal invoice for the shipping. Your items will ship whent he shippin gpayment completes.

You will be charged the amount necessary to get your order to you through the USPS and US Customs.
You will be contacted by e-mail to approve the amount and to send the extra amount through PayPal first then we will ship your order. Customs requires your information and phone number.

Please note that there is no way for us to guarantee delivery of your shipment once the package leaves the United States.
Also we cannot control whether customs will delay your order or for how long. You may be charged an import duty on your purchase and this varies from country to country.

It is best to check with your own Postal Department for details.

United Kingdom customers may be charged a VAT charge and duty taxes. You are responsible for these charges. We have no control over any additional charges or customs fees that you may incur.

Return Policy

• broken or damaged? ...may be returned for a full refund
• including original and return shipping by item
• notify us immediately by e-mail at: calya@old-earth.com
• we will e-mail you a special RMA code
• Refund will be issued to card used for purchase through PayPal when we reiceive the goods

Other Returns will be accepted if you have e-mailed us for a
Returning Merchandise Authorization code,(RMA), within five(5) days of the receipt of goods.

• Original shipping and return shipping are not refundable
• Items with safety seals, such as CDs, and oils,
  will not be accepted for return if the seal is broken

Just pack it up, and ship it Priority Mail, so there is proof of shipment and tracking, with the RMA Code issued on a note inside and on the outside of the box.
Once I receive the return I will email you with a PayPal refund or invoice for the new shipping.

Cancellation

Any order may be cancelled prior to shipping for a full refund through PayPal to the card used to place the order. If the order has shipped you will be refunded cost of merchandise only and must then follow the Return Policy.
